Mike Tracey

Mike is Managing Director of the Cannock Group of companies that collectively operate in commercial development and finance, hotel development and management, residential development, managed office services and renewables. A Chartered Surveyor by profession, Mike started his career in 1988 at St Quintin and latterly Montagu Evans, specialising in investment, debt finance, valuation and tax efficiency for clients including institutions, banks, private funds and high net worth individuals. Since joining Cannock in 1996 Mike has been responsible for the development and financing of over 2.5 million sq. ft. of office, industrial, retail and hotel schemes across the UK.
